President Obama's Economic Improvement Plan

I do not believe the President Obama and his team will be able to improve the economy because there is no way to improve the prosperity of the lower and middle class without also improving the prosperity of the rich.  If a policy will improve the prosperity of the rich, the policy will not be considered by the Democrats in power.
